Q. How Does An Online Consultation work?

A. Online Consultations are an advanced concept in health care that utilize the Internet to allow you to choose to consult with our health care professionals. Our customers do not receive a physical exam by a licensed doctor, but instead completes an online questionnaire prepared by medical professionals.
Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional face-to-face consultations, they do provide a means for informed and consenting individuals to purchase products that may not require a physical exam. In developing this new Internet medium for the delivery of health care services, we are committed to meeting and exceeding current regulations.
Our licensed U.S. physician will review the information given and issue a prescription which will be forwarded to the pharmacy for dispensing.

Q. Is Selling Prescription Medication On The Internet Legal?

A. Our shipping rates and on line prescription are in the price you pay. Once your order has been approved it will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery time varies according to your location and that of the suppliers, but we try to expedite door to door delivery within 10-18 business days. Information explaining the usage, dosage and precautionary information will be provided.
Although we ship worldwide, some countries may not be listed for certain reasons. If your country is one of them, please contact us.

A. We accept Visa & Diners worldwide. We also accept Electronic Check Payments (ACH) from the following countries: Germany & Austria. Please be aware that shipping can be delayed for up to 7 days when paying by ACH.

Q. Is There A Cancelation Policy?

A. You may cancel your order before it has been processed by contacting us at [email protected].

Once your order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.

Q. Can I Return My Medication For A Refund?

A. Sorry. Under Federal Law we cannot give refunds or exchanges on prescription medications, however, if your order has not arrived, or arrived damaged, we will reship at our expense, or refund you, at our discretion.

A. Your privacy and security is very important to us, and will not be compromised. Our website utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and an encrypted order form to request information and conduct the product transaction. We collect the customer email address, credit card information, and shipping address in order to conduct business with our customers. Any information provided by our customers is never shared, sold, or released to any third party outside of our network.
